LETS-RIDE.COM—13030 E. Ohio Ave.—(Aurora CO 80012)—staff0606@lets-ride.com—In 1998, a few of guys sat around having a few beers. They would rather be riding, but couldn't find a good party. One of them had a new computer so they decided to find a ride on the Internet. That's when they discovered there didn't seem to be a good source of published motorcycle events. A few sites were found, but were either for other areas or badly out-of-date. That's when they decided to start www.lets-ride.com. (Later they found out that there were many good sites, but they just didn't know how to find them.)
They decided that they should publish a 'list of motorcycle events'. The listings shouldn't just include the name, date & city. It should include enough descriptive information to allow a person to decide whether the event was for them. Each event could then also link to other sites, which would offer even more information. Additionally, they should include events from all over the world; after all, they were going to use the "World-Wide-Web". Being the dumb bikers that they are, they decided, with the help of a few beers, that the whole world would be cool.

HOGS ON THE HIGH SEAS WESTERN CARIBBEAN #6 2008 —Nov 2 - 9 2008—Contact: Hogs On The High Seas Rally—21 Hannah Circle, Suite 101—(Waynesboro VA. 22980)—800-444-8795—540-942-8791—540-946-8057 FAX—info@hohsrally.com—The Caribbean rallies have earned the reputation of being more fun than most can handle. Selling out almost 1 year in advance, their rallies are anything but a standard rally. By far, most of the rally participants have never been on a cruise ship & most have never vacationed in the locations the rallies are located in. Although the majority of the participants are currently American V-Twin riders, all motorcycle enthusiasts are invited, even if you don’t own a bike, dozens of different motorcycle brand riders are represented at every one of the rallies.

First: They changed the dress code aboard ship to typical motorcycle attire. In other words…this ain’t no dress-up cruise. Since they have their own private evening dining the most formal they get is “leather required” on the 2 nights the ship requires formal dining. Even the waiters wear motorcycle t-shirts, leather jackets, etc.

Dining aboard ship is available 24 hrs a day for the length of the rally & is included in your price. Want breakfast in your room? Just pick up the phone & tell them what you want and what time to deliver. Alcohol & soft drinks are not included and are average priced.
