An added benefit of their clever peg design is adjustability. By simply removing the mounting bolt and cutting it & the mounting tube to your desired length, the forward controls can be narrowed to fit a broader range of custom applications.

All four Biltwell exhaust tip sets are machined from 6061 T-6 aluminum & press fit inside any 1-3/4-inch O.D. straight pipe perfectly. They recommend drilling & screwing the tip to the pipe to complete installation, but they leave this step to the discretion of the builder.

Tthe Biltwell seat bracket & frame pivot are made of 4130 chromoly. The Biltwell seat bracket is engineered to fit the mounting studs on most solo seats. It features two long slots for adjustability.
They offer the Biltwell Solo Seat. Functional, comfortable styling cues include a narrow profile, a short, supportive nose, gently sloping sides & a subtle rear kick to keep you from sliding off your ride. The pan is stamped from heavy gauge high-tensile steel & features ribs and indents for added rigidity & stiffness.
